I love weather. Talking about it, forecasting and showcasing it. Over the past three decades I have been in Kansas City, I have been fortunate that viewers send in their snapshots of the great and varied weather we get here. Not too long ago, it dawned on me (pun intended).

I want to be able to share these breathtaking photographs with everyone. That was what gave me the idea of Cloudy With A Chance Of Awesome® - a collection of area weather, through the lenses of a small handful of leading photographers, These aren't just "posters." These are photographs, printed on high quality museum archival paper stock and the higher end 12-color reproduction. The result is crisper and higher detail than the usual 4-color process.

 

As this project grows, the number of photographs and professionals will be added, all representing the best Mother Nature offers us all year round.
